Tour B
Offered daily at 7:00am, 9:00am, 4:00pm and 5:30pm.
This second tour concentrates on the Upper City of Québec. After discovering the fortifications and the Citadel, you will get to enjoy the Battlefields Park (also known as Plains of Abraham), where the fate of North America was played out in 1759. Then, the streets of St.John-the-Baptist borough will be yours. This old neighbourhood, where a XIXth century atmosphere still hangs in the air, is very popular with locals.
This tour, which lasts about an hour, is taken on the city walls, and along streets and paths. What with the Plains being quite hilly and St.John-the-Baptist being somewhat reminiscent of San Francisco, you can expect a bit more challenge in the hills.
Distance : 6km (3.7 miles).
Price : $30/pers.
Meeting point : next to St.Louis Gate, near the Churchill-Roosevelt Monument.
Reservations required before 4pm the day prior to departure.
